Stunning Vancouver apartment listed for over $300K less than last sale

If you like throwing lavish parties, a Vancouver apartment recently listed for sale is ideal for “grand entertaining,” but it also comes with a grand price tag.
A corner unit apartment at 428 Beach Crescent recently went up for sale, listed for $7,200,000. That’s more than $700,000 above the home’s assessed value but much lower than it was last sold for.
In 2018, the Vancouver apartment, within walking distance of the city’s best beaches, was sold for $7,520,000.
