Whether you’re looking to indulge in great International cultural flavour by day, or looking to score with that hot Swedish babe or Italian stallion by night, the International pavilions offer it all.

Casa Italia (Italy)
Location: Roundhouse Community Centre (map)
Date: Feb 6 – 28
Cost: FREE
Turino, Italy hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics so they know a thing or two about the biggest Winter party on Earth. Featuring great food and entertainment, the Italians know how to live a great life. Enjoy fine lifestyle and culture of the Italian at the Casa Italiana Pavilion.

Holland Heineken House
Location: Richmond O-Zone (map)
Date: Feb 12 – 28 (9am-2am)
Cost: Unconfirmed
The Dutch know how to party. This is definitely the place to be if you want to kickback and watch Olympic events to a few beers… and then party at night with acclaimed Dutch DJ’s. This is definitely the place to be and has always been at previous Olympics. More info here.

House of Switzerland
Location: Granville Island (map), Whistler
Date: Feb 12 – 28 (8am-2am)
Cost: Unconfirmed
It wouldn’t be a Swiss pavilion without great chocolate, wine and cheese. Luckily everyone will be spoiled with all that and more at Switzerland’s pavilion. The Grand Opening is scheduled for Feb 5 at 5:30pm, so come get a head start. More info here.

Irish House
Location: Doolin’s Irish Pub (map)
Date: Feb 8 (7pm-3am), Feb 9 – 28 (12pm-3am)
Cost: $5-20
Beer, beer and more beer. Come join an authentic Celtic atmosphere and party like the Irish.

Saxony House (Germany)
Location: Vancouver Rowing Club (map)
Date: Feb 12 – 28 (12pm-2am)
Cost: FREE
The Germans have a passion for Winter sports just as Canadians. Come enjoy some wiener schnitzel with their athletes and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from Stanley Park. More info here.

Sochi House (Russia)
Location: Science World (map)
Date: Feb 11 – 28 (12pm-5pm)
Cost: Unconfirmed
Russia is hosting the 2014 Winter Olympics and have a massive pavilion set up here in Vancouver. For hockey fans, be hyped because Pavel Bure will be in attendance, along with photo sessions with other Russia greats. Also enjoy great Russian dance, food, cinema, and even a table hockey tournament. More info here.

USA House
Location: Seymour and Nelson (map)
Date: Unconfirmed
Cost: Unconfirmed
Not much is known about the USA pavilion. But do expect a great one.
