Vancouver 2010: DeadMau5 at LiveCity Yaletown!

Update on the lineup situation
Here is the official word I got from someone who works with LiveCity Yaletown. By the way the show is not canceled contrary to some tweets/rumours out there.

It is definitely on, but we’re trying let everyone know that once we reach capacity for the night, we’re shutting the gates and not letting anyone else in. We’ll let the people in line know once we’re getting close, so hopefully, people won’t be standing around in line all night for nothing.

Also the lineup isn’t as long as people on twitter have made it out to be. Lets see how this plays out.
DeadMau5 fans mark your calendars for February 19, 2010 at David Lam Park. This is easily one of the most anticipated nights at the Yaletown LiveCity site for the 2010 Winter Olympics. He will take the stage at 9:30pm on what will be no doubt one raucous night with lots of lovely ladies in the crowd.
If you don’t know who he is here is a little background information from wikipedia:

deadmau5 (pronounced “Dead Mouse”; real name Joel Zimmerman) is a progressive house and electro house producer from Toronto, Canada. His extensive discography includes tracks such as “Arguru” and “Not Exactly”, which have been included in compilation albums such as In Search of Sunrise 6: Ibiza, MixMag’s Tech-Trance-Electro-Madness (mixed by deadmau5 himself), and on Armin van Buuren‘s A State of Trance radio show.

Here is his new video for the track Ghosts N Stuff

Location: David Lam Park, Yaletown
Time: 9:30pm be early though because the LiveCity site opens at 5pm (security will be tight)
Date: February 19, 2010
