You can now eat your Thai food and be gluten-free too

When the weather’s cold like this, it’s nice to sit back with a bowl of steaming Pad Thai and watch the world go by.

And now, Urban Thai has made it so everyone can enjoy that experience by introducing a gluten-free menu.

This menu offers all the traditional flavours of Thai cuisine without any of the gluten, so people suffering from Celiac disease and gluten intolerance can savour the dishes too. It includes things like Khao Pad Sapparod, with diced pineapples, dried raisins, onions, bell peppers, and pork floss, as well as dishes like the traditional Pad Thai, coconut curries, chili pepper fried rice, and Tom Yum soup.

Gluten free/Urban Thai

To make sure these dishes are really gluten-free, Urban Thai is using separate pots, pans, and cooking utensils to minimize any contamination from other food.
