The Ultimate Zombie Walk and Concert is being held on Saturday, October 25, looking to set the Guinness World Record for the most zombies attending a concert.
In partnership with Bing Han Ginseng, the concert features musical acts by DJ Pauly D (from MTV’s The Jersey Shore), local Vancouver artists Young Sin, Evil Ebenezer, The People North West and a zombie-themed magic show by the Mystifying Magic of Kel.
In addition to the musical acts, ticket holders will have the opportunity to win for the best zombie make-up and costume:
- $15,000 in cash
- Trip for two to Mexico
- Personalized certificate indicating involvement in setting the Guinness World Record
The event will also be filming a zombie horde scene for the upcoming major motion picture Neutron Zombies. Ticket holders will have the opportunity to be featured in a zombie movie and can win 1 of 3 speaking roles that will be filmed at the event. If you ever wanted to be in a movie surrounded by thousands of brain eating zombies, now’s your chance!
Portion of ticket sales will be donated to the events benefiting charity, Children’s Hearing & Speech Centre of BC. Additional donations will be raised at the event through raffle tickets, contests and more. Children’s Hearing & Speech Centre of BC is a family-focused clinical and educational centre that teaches deaf and hard of hearing children to listen and talk, giving them the skills and confidence they need to achieve their fullest potential.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for the $15,000 best zombie costume judging and the concert will begin at 6 p.m.
