The economy and job market have shifted quickly in the last months, leaving many to wonder whether now is the right time to invest educational training and professional development courses.
If you’ve been looking to further your education in the business world, UBC Sauder has introduced a new collection of online courses that offer variety, flexibility and access to world-leading professors and instructors.
“We made the decision to go 100% online until the end of the year,” says Bruce Wiesner, Associate Dean, Executive Education at UBC Sauder. “Offering courses online provides flexibility for students who want a more customized approach to their learning and professional development needs.”
There are online real-time courses, as well as three new self-paced online courses for students looking to sharpen their practical skills for working in the digital world.
“People want to learn on their own schedule, and often outside of regular business hours so our learning design team created short, online offerings that students can start and stop at their own pace,” says Wiesner.
