
An early morning shooting in a Surrey residential neighbourhood has sent two men to hospital.
The incident occurred at approximately 1 a.m. on Iona Place near 123a Street, just one block away from LA Matheson Secondary and Senator Reid Elementary schools. According to reports, the incident unfolded outside a halfway house.
When RCMP officers arrived, they found two men with injuries. Both men were taken to hospital, with one man with non-life threatening injuries and the other man with possibly more serious injuries.
Police secured the area but were unable to find any suspects immediately.
