The good people at BCAA have 2 awesome things going on with the Canucks right now:
1. Every Canucks home game, they’re giving away a pair of tickets to one lucky fan of their Facebook fan page. It takes 2 seconds to click ‘Like’ and by doing so you’re eligible to win tickets to the remaining 38 home games. As well, there aren’t a lot of fans so far, so your chances of winning are good!
2. The second is any Canucks superfan’s dream. They’re running a contest in search of the ‘Booster Guy’ (or ‘Gal’), which is basically a die-hard fan who gets to go to every Canucks home game for free as captain of the BCAA Booster Zone at Rogers Arena.
So if you or someone you know can fire up a crowd by dancing, starting the wave, etc., tell them to submit a video here before October 27th. Or, if you’re heading to the game Friday night, be sure to get there early to audition live on the North Plaza at Rogers Arena, pre-game. To get a sense of the kind of person they’re looking for (or if you just want a good laugh), check out the video submissions thus far.
Lastly, I’m stoked to be one of the contest judges (more to come on this next week), but for the time being, I’ve got 2 lower bowl tickets for the Friday, Oct. 22 game against the Wild to give away!
