How is 2pac related to Vancouver? That’s the first question I’m going to get asked for this post. Well, he was Westcoast and influenced millions. Misconstrued by the media, 2pac was about changing the world and rooting for the underdog. Sadly his life was taken on Sept 13, 1996 and we never got to witness his full potential. Still he accomplished more in his few years that artists would wish for in their lifetime.
