TransLink Bus Cleaning Services On Freeze

Dec 19 2017, 2:55 pm

TransLink buses have been covered in dust from the bottom to the top of their windows and without some help from the Vancouver rain, buses look dirtier than ever. The lack of cleanliness on the outside of the buses has allowed people to write and draw on the surface of the dust using their fingers, and looking out from a dusty window is definitely unpleasant.

According to an e-mail reply from TransLink, to clean the buses, the company uses outdoor wash racks that are inoperable when the temperature is close to freezing. This definitely does not leave a clean impression of Vancouver so let’s hope to see polished buses and a clean view from the windows as soon as the temperature rises.

Any questions to TransLink could be sent to their customer service and feedback
