Top 10 eats at the free Hawker Fest, brought to you by Flook

Hawkers Market returns for its largest and most exciting event ever on Saturday, May 30 2015, which will bring together more than 50 local food businesses, pop-up chefs, local artisans, independent craftspeople, art collectives and food trucks.

Hawker Fest, presented by Flook, will take place at the sprawling Rocky Mountaineer train station, just east of Main Street. The iconic Rocky Mountaineer train station will be bustling with dozens of vendors and thousands of attendees.

The highlight of Hawkers is often the great eats, so we’ve got a look at some must-try foods. Here are our picks for the top 10 eats you’ll find at Hawker Fest.

Tubify

Ichiyo’s Koicha or “Thick Tea”

A concentrated high-grade matcha with the consistency of wet paint, typically served only for special occasions. Think of it as a “Matcha Espresso.”

Botanical Sodas by The Capilano Tea House
