Hawkers Market returns for its largest and most exciting event ever on Saturday, May 30 2015, which will bring together more than 50 local food businesses, pop-up chefs, local artisans, independent craftspeople, art collectives and food trucks.

Hawker Fest, presented by Flook, will take place at the sprawling Rocky Mountaineer train station, just east of Main Street. The iconic Rocky Mountaineer train station will be bustling with dozens of vendors and thousands of attendees.

The highlight of Hawkers is often the great eats, so we’ve got a look at some must-try foods. Here are our picks for the top 10 eats you’ll find at Hawker Fest.

Vancouver’s newest summer food startup, Tubify, serves up artisan Ice Pop freezies like you had them in the 90’s…but better.

These plant-based dairy-free ice creams are launching at Hawkers Market.
