Toby’s has opened in North Vancouver and what makes this location unique is its Irish pub feel.
The restaurant is inviting people of all ages to experience a full line of Irish inspired dishes, such as Irish Stew, Bangers & Mash and Butter Chicken Yorkies.
Toby’s does have items for vegetarians, however, their menu does not yet cater to the vegan. It is their intent to offer a vegan option in the Spring menu.
Toby’s North Shore has an industrial style décor, modern and nostalgic feel. The kitchen offers Irish and Celtic inspired dishes with an influence of eastern spices along with many vegetarian and gluten-free options.
The favourites at Toby’s North Shore are the Butter Chicken in Yorkshire Pudding, or Colcannon (mashed potatoes with kale), scrumptious french fries, Guinness Potpie and Irish Lamb Stew! They can also serve fantastic, healthy and creative salads!
