Tim Hortons is about to drop Froot Loops doughnuts across Canada

If there’s ever been a time to tuck into doughnuts for breakfast, we’d argue it’s right now.

It looks like Tim Hortons agrees, considering the timely launch of the coffee purveyor’s Froot Loops Dream Donut and Timbit offerings.

Both special treats will officially be available for guests starting on May 27, which means we’re only a few weeks away from bright mornings infused with plenty of sugar.

The doughnut option consists of a plain doughnut that’s covered in sweet strawberry fondant, and topped with Froot Loops crumbles.

The Froot Loops Timbit is made from a citrus cake Timbit, also glazed with strawberry fondant, and then rolled in a crushed and crunchy Froot Loops topping.

The Froot Loops Dream Donut will retail for $1.99, while the Timbit will be available for $0.29 at participating restaurants across Canada — though in some cases the prices may vary by region.

The treats will also be available for delivery through many Tim Hortons restaurants that are on Uber Eats or SkipTheDishes.
