It won’t be too cold, however, with a high of ten degrees expected. The showers should clear up by afternoon with a 30 per cent chance of more showers in the evening along with strong gusts of wind. The low will be seven degrees Celsius.

Meanwhile, alerts are in place for the Sunshine Coast for wind. Gusts are expected to reach up to 90 kilometres over the outer coast of Vancouver Island and through much of the South Coast including Victoria.
