Thrill the World Vancouver is the annual dance event in which participants simultaneously emulate the zombie dance seen in the music video of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.”
If you don’t know the dance, just go online, learn it and attend the rehearsals. Then join the zombie masses on Saturday, October 25 for Thrill Vancouver. Rehearsals take place on October 17, 22 and 24 in Room MP-4 (follow signs), starting at 6:30 p.m.
From noon to 3:30 p.m., get your zombie make-up done at the Creekside Recreation Centre gymnasium. The dance starts at 4 p.m. at the Olympic Village plaza in False Creek.
If you don’t want to participate and just want to spectate, go directly to the plaza (by the two big birds) at 4 p.m. and await for the zombies to rise!
