As we get further into summer, on your next road trip you may see more black and white Volkswagon Beetles branded by Geek Squad rolling down Robson St., or zooming across the Sea-to-Sky Highway. That’s because Geek Squad, North America’s top task force dedicated to solving the world’s technology challenges, has officially launched across all Future Shop stores, including the 22 locations across BC.
“Geek Squad is a highly recognized and trusted brand and we’re thrilled to expand and strengthen our network through Future Shop,” said Chris Sallans, director of Geek Squad Canada. “We’ve built-up our business with Canadians for the past 10 years and we will offer all our services across Future Shop, in-store and online.”
Geek Squad repairs, set-ups and even remotely can fix consumer electronics via the internet. It has 1,400 technicians across Canada.
Earlier Friday morning, Future Shop’s flagship store in downtown Vancouver welcomed its Geeks in fine fashion, complete with black tie ribbon cutting and ice cream cake.
