We’ve written about The Victor’s amazing mac and cheese waffles before, but now the Parq Vancouver restaurant has taken things to the next level.
The Victor is launching their new Sunday brunch (10:30 am to 2.30 pm), and one of the items we are incredibly pumped to try is The Victor Egg Benedict.

Made from the infamous house mac & cheese waffle, thick bacon, and gruyère cheese fondue, this sounds like the recipe for a dish that cures hangovers and makes brunch dreams come true.

Other brunch highlights at the steak and seafood spot include foie gras French toast, the wagyu breakfast burger, and The Victor steak & eggs.
A chilled seafood bar, dim sum, and selection of elevated toasts are also up for order, alongside a pretty epic looking build-your-own-caesar station (which would be amazing to pair with this spot’s signature triple baked fries).
