This truck has only been bringing Vancouver the sweet taste of Prague for the past few weeks, but it’s already proving to be a hit when it comes to summer treats.
The Praguery makes their offerings daily with fresh ingredients, and their menu includes a selection of Chimney Cakes made-to-order and baked rotisserie style around a wooden cylinder with vegan dough.
This technique makes these babies crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside – drooling yet?
You can get these in Almond, Coconut, and Cinnamon and opt for fillings like Nutella and Lemon Curd too. On the savoury side is the Bacon & Cheddar Chimney Cake, which you can also add cream cheese to as a filling to make it next-level delicious.
