This purveyor has gained popularity over the years thanks to its drool-worthy Chimney Cakes (spit cake made from rolled dough traditionally topped with sugar and nuts) and Prague Cones filled with loads of delicious soft serve and topped with a variety of sauces.
Now, the brand is opening a storefront in Gastown at 221 Abbott Street (the former location of Crab Park Chowdery).
The Praguery makes their offerings daily with fresh ingredients, and its menu includes a selection of Chimney Cakes made-to-order and baked rotisserie style around a wooden cylinder with vegan dough.
This technique makes these babies crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside – drooling yet?

You can get these in Almond, Coconut, and Cinnamon and opt for fillings like Nutella and Lemon Curd too. On the savoury side is the Bacon & Cheddar Chimney Cake, which you can also add cream cheese to as a filling to make it next-level delicious.
The Praguery team doesn’t have any info to share regarding the opening date for this exciting new spot, but until then, keep track on the Street Food App to find out where to find the truck next.
