The Oatmeal and its very own Matthew Inman will be at Metrotown on October 22 giving lectures about manatees and explosions.

He will also be signing books and engaging in hundreds of uncomfortable conversations. Books will be available for purchase at every event.

Why Grizzly Bears Should Wear Underpants is the second variety comic collection and fourth book from the comedic mastermind behind TheOatmeal.com, Matthew Inman. According to Alexa, the comic-packed website is now ranked as the 947th most popular website in the U.S. and 3,054th in the world.

Classics from the website, including “Sriracha Rooster Sauce”, “What It Means When You Say Literally”, and “What We Should Have Been Taught in Our Senior Year of High School”, are featured alongside never-before-seen works of epic hilarity that will delight veteran and newbie Oatmeal fans alike.
