The Vancouver filmed AMC television series The Killing has been cancelled, again.
The Killing wasn’t a ratings blockbuster but had a dedicated fan base. The third season opened with 1.8 million viewers and ended with 1.5 million for the season finale. Although those were decent numbers, season 3 was essentially flat, thus precipitating the cancellation on AMC.
The Killing was set in Seattle, and filmed in Vancouver, employing a number of Canadian actors.
