In celebration for the end of Movember, The Corner Suite Bistro De Luxe is hosting a Tweetup on Tuesday, November 30th from 5-7pm. Since the event’s name is “StachOff,” there will be a mustache-judging contest for a chance to win 1 of 3 hot shaves. The contest will be judged by three female twitter-users.
This is a great opportunity for Greater Vancouver twitter community to meet and see Movember participants with their mustaches at the end of the month. In addition, we’ll also be giving out fake mustaches for those attendants who aren’t sporting mustaches; therefore, both females and males are welcomed at the event. We’ll be accepting donations with all the proceeds going to Prostate Cancer Canada, one of Canada’s foremost organizations dedicated solely to raising funds for research to eliminate prostate cancer.
The event is free with a maximum capacity of 100 people. For this reason, attendants must register online (http://stashoff.eventbrite.com/) prior to the event.
