We first told you about the new proposed Telus Head Office in Vancouver months ago. Now that proposal has been approved by the city and construction will commence early February. The development will be built in two phases. Here is some more information on the project. Since the initial renderings there have been some modifications. I will post them later.
Phase one of the development will see the office tower start sometime in February. The residential component will start a few months after that. Completion is expected to take approximately 3 years for this $750 million project.
Fans of the Kingston don’t fret as the new development will reportedly include a new Kingston Pub.
