When we’re not lamenting the cost of real estate in Vancouver, we’re complaining about the lack of jobs, right? Wrong.
As it turns out, there are plenty of tech companies looking for talent (and, of course, lunchtime ping pong players) here right now.
Here’s our rundown of 10 tech companies (and two not-so-tech companies) hiring in Vancouver today – and a rundown of the 301 jobs on offer.
Mobify
- Who: Global technology company with their HQ in Vancouver, offering a mobile commerce/engagement platform to retailers to help drive their mobile sales.
- Jobs: Mobify is looking for 21 people to fill engineering, marketing, customer success, design, strategy, and co-op positions.
- Perks: A fully-stocked kitchen, yoga, and cardio classes plus retro arcade games. And, of course, ping pong.

- Who: Social media management platform, used by more than 10 million people around the world – headquartered in Vancouver.
- Jobs: Hootsuite has 61 positions available in customer success, finance, IT, legal, marketing, operations, partners, platforms, product management and design, revenue operations, sales, software development, and talent. There are also some student jobs up for grabs – and if you’re just plain awesome, there’s an opening for that too.

- Who: An expanding startup providing a landing page platform for marketers, with its headquarters in Vancouver.

- Who: Slack is a team communication tool – and is now the fastest growing B2B application ever, used by more than two million daily active users.
