Tasting menus at Secret Location commemorate historic eras

From now until March 1, their Tasting Room is serving themed six-course tasting menus that commemorate historic eras marked by politics, customs, geography and beliefs. Dubbed “Food & Time,” this event allows the concept store to tell meaningful stories through food. Reserve now and discover something new at Secret Location! Following early 20th century war, France experienced peace and prosperity brought on by technological, scientific and cultural innovation. Joie de vivre [joy of living] encapsulated the optimism and energy of this era. Our La Belle Époque tasting menu demonstrates the refinement and decadence of traditional french cuisine based on Auguste Escoffier’s five mother sauces.
