Dec 7 2024, 11:25 pm

A group of passengers heading into Vancouver for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour performance Friday got the party started early, transforming the plane into a flying Swiftie sing-along.

A video shared from the Air Canada flight on Friday shows one fan in a sparkly black skirt walking up and down the aisle and others on the plane singing Swift’s “Cruel Summer” bridge.

Come commenters commended the fans for having fun on the way to the show. Others, however, said being trapped in a flying tube full of Swifties would be their worst nightmare.

Swift is playing three shows at BC Place this weekend to conclude her Eras Tour. Some fans who couldn’t get tickets took to the sidewalks outside the stadium to belt the lyrics.

The streets were filled with fans in sparkly outfits, who shared with Daily Hive how much they paid for the coveted tickets.
