[UPDATED] Police searching for missing 13-year-old boy in Surrey

UPDATE: April 17, 8:15 pm — Police have located Marcus Wells

Surrey RCMP are requesting the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old boy.

Marcus Wells was last seen on Thursday, April 16 at 2:30 pm near 161 Street and 89A Avenue in Surrey. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since and police and his family are concerned for his health and well-being.

He is described as:

• Indigenous male
• 5-foot-3 tall
• Approximately 110 lbs
• Reddish brown hair crushed to one side
• Brown eyes

Wells was last seen wearing a blue Nike zip-up hooded sweater, grey shorts, and black Nike running shoes.
