Located at The Westin Bayshore, directly off the Vancouver Seawall, H Tasting Lounge boasts a newly opened 1765 sq. ft. patio in the heart of Coal Harbour. The establishment features 50 seats on a modern, vibrant terrace, offering guests unobstructed views of the Seawall and the Burrard Inlet.

With the patio launch, H Tasting Lounge has introduced a new line-up of creative cocktails complemented by fresh, locally-sourced seafood and share plates. Expect enticing (and Instagram-worthy) cocktails comprised of fresh, effervescent gins, aged rums, tea-infusions, and shareable punch bowls hand-crafted by H Tasting Lounge’s team of talented bartenders. The cocktails take centre stage with bold flavours that are easily paired with the menu’s simplistic culinary dishes.

Indulge in fresh seafood dishes that highlight the bounty of the Vancouver seafood scene, along with crudos, carpaccios, tartines, fresh oysters, and mouth-watering desserts. H Tasting Lounge works with a number of local purveyors, including Matchstick Roasters, Uno Gelato, Two Rivers Specialty Meats, and more, to bring quality ingredients to the table.
