Stuffies Pastries, located at 1571 Oxford Street in North Vancouver, is known for their signature custard-filled waffle-like pastries and they recently started serving dreamy vegan soft serve.
The South Korean pastry shop offers several varieties of the soft serve including Exotic Tropical, Choco Heaven, and Buttery Caramel to name a few.
These new ice cream treats are completely vegan and gluten-free and consist of dairy-free ice cream in fish-shaped pastry cones topped with an array of goodies like fresh berries, sauces, and sprinkles.
Instagrammers are already all over this treat because, well, it’s a pretty drool-worthy and photogenic looking morsel.
Be sure to head to North Vancouver and get one of these offerings, which run for $7 a pop, and beat the last sweltering heatwave of summer.
