When they are not completely rain-covered, the Vancouver streets have been lucky enough to see a little bit of sun this winter. And while the early days of March still call for winter dressing, the fashion conscious of Vancouver are bringing their style game even when the sun peaks out for a moment. They are piling on lighter layers instead of the heavy winter variety; after all, no matter how thick they are, the style savvy know layers are the easiest way to elevate any outfit.
