New eatery Stock & Supply has officially opened its doors in Delta Hotels By Marriott Vancouver Downtown Suites.
The lobby-level restaurant offers patrons an ever-changing seasonal menu focused on local, sustainable eats, along with a selection of pre-set and make-your-own-board options.
The boards boast eats like including fresh herb hummus, citrus spiced olives, baked garlic, warm baguette, and beer-infused mustard as a base, and folks can opt for additional meat and veggie options to add to their customized spread.

In addition to lunch and dinner service, weekend brunch, and happy hour, Stock & Supply has a curated cocktail list and local wines for diners to enjoy.

“I wanted to create an inviting menu that felt modern and eclectic. I have designed the menu to encourage guests to be sociable and adventurous, with most items intended to be shared and small plates available for grazing,” said Executive Chef Mike Reid. “It was important to me that we are completely transparent with our guests; within our menu, we have highlighted the local producers we collaborate with and source from. Procuring locally sourced provisions is extremely important for my team and I to showcase our regional producers.”
Stock & Supply opened its doors on January 13.
