FEATURED ON THE LISTED GUIDE
Finally, the highly-anticipated new Steve Nash Fitness World in Richmond is now open!
Located on Lansdowne Road near T&T Supermarket, there are so many reasons to check out this fitness hub.
It’s new, shiny, and it’s a massive upgrade from the former location on Westminster Highway.
To begin, Richmond Fitness world is a dual-level facility, with a dedicated group fitness room. Here, you can attend a high-intensity class like Total 360 – 20 minute segments of cardio, muscle conditioning, and core training. Alternatively, you can opt for a yoga class to help strengthen your muscles and improve your flexibility.
The gym is also filled with state-of-the-art equipment like a 4-way Hoist machine, TRX bands, plus a turf area for sled and ladder drills.
It’s the perfect place to work out – any day of the week.
Plus, the gym conveniently opens at 5:30 am on weekdays and 7:30 am on weekends for those who like to pump iron in the mornings. You have the option to go until 10 pm on weeknights too, so after work is also another handy time to get your gym on.
The new club is a definite upgrade from the former Fitness World location – it has an open floor plan, and plenty of windows that create a ton of natural light. So yeah, you could say this location is bigger, better, and brighter.
You don’t have to worry about finding parking at this gym either since there are a wealth of spaces available for your usage. The parking entrance is off Hollybridge Way, and you can access the club by elevator. The elevator and stairs are easily accessible from the street level on Lansdowne Road – directly across from the Curling club.
Now all you have to do is choose a time to visit this brand new health and fitness haven.
It’s that simple.
