Starbucks Canada will require customers to wear masks starting September 14

Starbucks has announced it will implement a mandatory mask policy for customers who are visiting all company-owned café locations across Canada.

Starting September 14, the coffee giant will require all patrons who enter their locations to wear facial coverings to ensure the health and well-being of “partners (employees) and customers, and to control the spread of COVID-19.”

The company also stated that at select locations where a local government mandate is not in place, customers “that may not be wearing a facial covering will have various options to order their Starbucks,” including Drive-Thru, curbside pickup through the Starbucks app, or placing an order for delivery through Starbucks Delivers.
