You love Starbucks. You love free things. We have some news for you.

Starbucks has served cold brew for years now, but they’re about to take it to the next level in a way that seems almost custom-built for the lives of British Columbians (because it kind of is).

For the first time ever, Starbucks Cold Brew is available in a re-sealable 325 ml bottle in Canada. For a province full of people that are perpetually hiking, camping, or planning their next hike or camp, it makes all the sense in the world.

But you don’t have to take our word for it — over the next few weeks, Starbucks will be hitting all of Vancouver’s literal hot spots, giving out bottles of Cold Brew to help us all beat the heat without having to slow down our plans.

And because we love you, here’s a breakdown of the places you’re most likely to run into them; we’ve given you some hints so you can have fun finding them for yourself, like a delicious, refreshing treasure hunt.

So go enjoy some fun in the sun, and have a Starbucks Cold Brew on us.

June 23: Beach party

A handful of the most beautiful beaches in the Vancouver area will be visited by the Cold Brew Fairy, so pack your sunscreen, make some snacks, and don’t forget to bring a towel. Also, things might get a little rocky, so wear some comfortable sandals. (Hint hint hint.)

June 30: The Seawall

If you can brave the joggers, markets, and swimming dogs, you’ll be able to walk away with a Cold Brew to call your own along the Seawall. And in true Vancity fashion, all of these locations are animal-themed.

July 7: By the waterfront

To wrap up their free giveaway tour, Starbucks will be meeting fans and slinging brews at one of the most popular piers in the Tri-Cities. Whether you’re an athlete-in-training or just like to live like one, you’ll be able to cool down your July in the best way possible.

Starbucks Cold Brew is now available in a bottle at grocery and convenience stores near you. Stay cool, Vancouver.
