Stanley Park Halloween Ghost Train

The Jolly Roger has been spotted over lost lagoon – proceed with caution…

This past Tuesday I went on the Haunted Trolley Tour. Tonight I will embark upon a train ride with my nieces and nephew to Stanley Park for the annual Ghost Train. I hear there are ghost pirates roaming about in search of buried treasure.

Wicked scoundrels will return from the dead to plunder Stanley Park in search of treasure October 10 to November 1, 2008 as Mortal Coil Performance Society creates a voyage of adventure through the dark woods to discover ghostly galleon shipwrecks, devilish dead pirates, skeletons hanging from gallows, hidden maps, sword fights, pirate pumpkins, mermaid ghosts and secret treasures. Enter at your peril… bloodthirsty villains may strike at any moment!

This event is family friendly as it is not as scary as some of the other events listed at Vancity Buzz or check out Miss 604 for more family friendly events.

Where: Stanley Park, see map
When: October 15 to November 1st, 6pm – 10pm nightly
Ticket info:
$9.00 general admission, $5 for seniors (65+) and youth (2-18)
