Richmond’s wildly popular Snowy Village Dessert Cafe is set to open a new location in downtown Vancouver in early May.
Known for their Instagram-worthy treats, the dessert shop will offer a very similar menu to its Richmond sibling, with the addition of some new items.
Visiting patrons can therefore expect to find a range of Korean-inspired Patbingsu (Bingsoo), which primarily consists of sweet red beans and shaved ice, paired with fruit toppings. Taiyaki, a fish shaped pastry filled with red bean paste will also be available.

While the Richmond locale is situated off the beaten track, Snowy Village’s soon-to-be opened spot at 1696 Robson Street will be more accessible to the masses. At 900 square feet it will also be larger and will have the capacity to accommodate more dessert crazed fiend.
