Watch rare snow tornado engulf Canadian snowboarder (VIDEO)

You’ve heard of Sharknado but have you ever seen a snownado?

The bizarre weather phenomenon was recently snapped by Brett Soderholm, who was riding near the top of Lake Louise Ski resort in Alberta.

The twister only lasted for about 30 seconds, but that didn’t stop Soderholm’s friend from riding headfirst into the rare meteorological event, getting engulfed by the snowy updraft in the process.
