Don’t call it a winter wonderland just yet, but parts of Metro Vancouver have started receiving their first dusting of snow for the season.
Social media users took to Twitter to share photos of the wet snow, including Environment Canada meteorologist Matt MacDonald.

A number of police organizations have also called for extra caution while driving, with the West Vancouver Police Department reporting snowfall at higher elevations.
Snow is falling at higher elevations, which means slippery road conditions. Please keep your speed down and ensure your vehicle is properly equipped.
