Snoop Dogg gets high in Vancouver (PHOTOS & VIDEO)

Entertainment icon Snoop Dogg lit up Vancouver on Sunday when he played a two-hour DJ set at Chinatown’s Fortune Sound Club.

The world famous rapper toked up for the West Coast Smokers Bowl kicking off Vancouver’s 4/20 week celebrating pot smoking.
