Loblaw and Skip have teamed up to make grocery shopping across Canada easier and more convenient.
The collaboration between Loblaw and Skip offers shoppers in Canada another way to order their essentials online. Skip, a Canadian online delivery app founded in Saskatoon, announced on Tuesday that it’s working with the food retailer to make it easier for Canadians to save time and get groceries delivered to their door.
Whether you’re already in the middle of cooking and realize that you forgot one key ingredient, or your hands are too full to head out, getting groceries just got easier. And if you buy your groceries online, you now have more options and can shop at various Loblaw stores and get your essentials all without having to set foot outside.

Shoppers can use Skip to order everything from fresh produce to pantry staples, and they have plenty to choose from with 13 participating Loblaw banners, including No Frills, Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore, Maxi, and Your Independent Grocer.
So, how does it work?
Open the Skip app, tap on grocery, and you’ll find a range of supermarkets to choose from, including Loblaw banner stores. You can browse by category or search for what you need, add items to your cart, check out, and have everything delivered to your door.
And to mark the launch of Loblaw stores on Skip, Canadians can get 30 per cent off their first three orders of $45 or more, up to $15 off, using the code SHOP30. The offer is valid from now until May 31st.

“From the weekly top-up shop to the last-minute dinner save, we’re meeting Canadians exactly where they are, at every price point and in every postal code,” said Paul Sudarsan, SVP of partnerships at Skip.
Loblaw isn’t the only major supermarket chain available on the app.
In October, Skip announced that it had also partnered with Walmart Canada.
