Slope life: Cypress Mountain wants to send you skiing through 2019 (for free)
You have to admit, living in Vancouver comes with some seriously good perks. One of the most notable being the fact that you have beautiful views of epic mountain vistas every day.
But what’s even better than looking at the mountains is experiencing them head-on, downhill ski style. If you haven’t experienced the thrill of skiing at Cypress Mountain in West Vancouver, you need to move it right to the top of your list of priorities.
The resort is less than 30 minutes by car from downtown, and it’s got the most vertical drop with the largest terrain (53 ski runs) on the highest riding peak of Vancouver’s North Shore Mountains.

And since Cypress Mountain is now selling 2018/19 season passes at the lowest price you can get them in a spring sale, there couldn’t be a better time to invest in your ski future. You can snap up a Silver Season Pass before April 15 and enjoy unlimited downhill skiing and snowboarding during the off-peak season – seven days a week.
The pass excludes dates from December 26 to January 2, plus weekends in January and February. But you’ll still get 40% off skiing on powder days during the exclusion dates. If you’re a new pass holder you can add a Beach Pass and get unlimited spring riding from now onwards!
