You don’t have to be a superhero to be a Big Buddy! Are you looking for a flexible volunteer opportunity? Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver is currently looking for post-secondary students, active retirees and individuals from the corporate world to get involved in our In-School Mentoring Program. The program is a great opportunity to give back, help out a child in need and have fun!
In-School Mentors spend one hour once a week with a young boy or girl at a nearby elementary school. Big and Little buddies play games, do arts and crafts, bake cookies, play outside on the playground or just hang out together. They match you based on similar interests and values.
