Coinciding with Vancouver’s upcoming Pride Week and to celebrate the recent Supreme Court ruling legalizing gay marriage, Vancouver-based eyewear retailer Clearly is adding a limited edition rainbow sunglass to its vast collection.
The design features rainbow lenses and a clear frame with heart cut-outs and an etched, paint-filled black lettering for the date of the court ruling and the hashtag #loveislove.
A pair of these sunglasses cost $80. All proceeds benefit It Gets Better Project, a LGBTQ organization that benefits lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender teenagers.
Due to high demand for the product, prospective customers will need to sign up for the wait list to purchase the glasses and support the LGBTQ community.
