There is a large police presence outside a restaurant on Victoria Dr. at E. 35th Avenue in East Vancouver.
Vancouver Police are responding to the reported shooting at the Lam Hoa Quan Vietnamese restaurant.
The incident took place during lunch hour. No word yet on any injuries.
