Bad news if you’re a Shaw residential customer – the comms giant is putting its rates up for everything.
Starting August 1, Shaw customers with internet, TV, or phone plans will pay more – although Shaw has not confirmed exactly how much more.
A customer bulletin from Shaw says the increase will “help to support future internet and network enhancements and quality programming.”
On its website, a Shaw Q&A also states the rate hike is due to “rising operational costs.”
And if you think that sucks, wait for this – Shaw is only guaranteeing their rates won’t go up again until next summer.
Shaw says all customers are being informed of the exact rate change in their monthly invoice.
