Help find a cure for Parkinson’s disease in R&B style on Friday

Dec 20 2017, 3:28 am

Blow your mind with Vancouver’s greatest R&B talent while benefiting the Parkinson’s Society of BC this Friday.

The fantastic fundraiser, “Shake, Shake, Shake,” takes place on January 8, spearheaded by two sisters whose father is currently battling Parkinson’s disease.

One of the sisters, Emily Chambers, is fueling the concert through her own personal experience as an R&B artist. This contemporary jazz and blues-inspired concert will feature live performances from Star Captains, David Morin, Tonye Aganaba, Dutch Robinson, and Camaro 67, and is a must-see event for anyone who wants multiple musical experiences under one roof.

You can help raise the expected $10,000 by participating in the R&B performances, a silent auction, and other donations. Make sure to purchase your tickets in advance to take advantage of early entry, appetizers, and limited drinks in this jazz and blues infused event.
