SFU calls in puppies to help students cope with exam stress

May 17 2016, 1:11 am

Exams are right around the corner which means late nights, last-minute cramming, and added stress will soon become the norm for Vancouver’s student population.

There are many ways to tackle exam stress, but we can think of few better than an afternoon spent playing with a room full of adorable puppies.

And it appears that we’re not alone – on April 8, SFU Health and Counselling service will be bringing a bunch of puppies to the Harbour Centre to help students, faculty and staff beat the exam-time blues.

The animals are part of the Trained Pup Organization, who will be bringing their furry friends to campus for some puppy love between noon and 2 p.m.
