Seth Rogen and James Franco are heading to Vancouver

Seth Rogen is heading back to Vancouver and he’s bringing James Franco with him, as the dynamic duo gear up for their next film project, The Interview.

In a recent conversation with E! Online, Rogen confirmed that the film will bring real world politics to life by recreating the tensions between the East and the West.

“It’s about two journalists that try to assassinate the president of North Korea while interviewing him,” Rogen explained, as the film will revolve around a talk show in which the host (Franco) and producer (Rogen) are contacted to do the deadly deed. “The CIA asks them to kill him,” his production partner and co-writer Evan Goldberg revealed. “They’re going to play a–holes.”

While there is no official word on a production start or release date, it has been confirmed that filming will take place in Vancouver — so if you think you saw Seth Rogen at the grocery store, it’s probably him… or me.
