Police responding to "serious collision" on Marine Drive in North Vancouver

Police are reportedly on the scene of a “serious collision” in North Vancouver.

Just after 10:30 am, the North Vancouver RCMP posted to Twitter that they were at the corner of Tatlow Avenue and Marine Drive for a collision.

Few details are available at this point in time but police say that the area will be closed to traffic until further notice.

Anyone driving through the area may need an alternative approach to access the Lions Gate Bridge, which is less than 700 metres from the scene of the collision. It’s also close to Capilano Road, which allows for on-ramp access to Highway 1 eastbound.
