Seahawks Fan Events in Vancouver and Victoria

The NFL Seattle Seahawks recognize the strong support from Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island fans. Here are some local fan events leading up to Super Bowl 48!

Seahawks Fan Events Scheduled for Friday, January 31

West Vancouver, BC (2121 Marine Drive) – 10 a.m.
His Worship Mayor Michael Smith of West Vancouver will be raising a 12 Flag on the Great Lawn in front of the Civic Site (2121 Marine Drive) at 10 a.m. on Friday, January 31. On Sunday, February 2 the City of West Vancouver has arranged to show the Super Bowl on a big screen in the atrium of the Community Centre for public viewing.

Victoria, BC (Government St & Belleville St) – Noon
Vancouver Island Seahawks fans are invited to attend a special 12 Flag raising ceremony in Victoria on Friday, January 31. His Worship Mayor Dean Fortin will be raised the flag at noon. The flag raising and fan celebration will take place across the BC Legislature Building at the corner of Government Street and Belleville Street. A limited number of Seahawks “I’m In 12” rally cards will be available on a first come basis.

Vancouver, BC (Library Square, 300 West Georgia St) – 4 p.m.
Vancouver Seahawks fans are invited to attend a special 12 Flag raising ceremony in Vancouver on Friday, January 31. The flag will be raised at 4 p.m. by the legendary Kirk McLean. A limited number of Seahawks “I’m In 12” rally cards will be available on a first come basis.

As part of Blue Fridays, fans wear Seahawks clothing or blue to work, school or at home every Friday during the Seahawks season. These events along with several others across the Pacific Northwest will allow fans to cheer on the Seahawks ahead of Super Bowl 48 this Sunday (February 2).

Other Seahawks Events & Flag Raisings This Week
Seahawks Playoff Viewing Parties will be held this Sunday at Library Square (Downtown Vancouver), Local (Vancouver), the Village Taphouse (West Vancouver), and the Strathcona Hotel (Victoria).

12 Flags have also been raised in the main courtyard at the Sheraton Wall Centre Vancouver and will be flying on top of the Red Sky Ride at Grouse Mountain.
